America’s National Park System
A two- part series presented by David Kroese

May 3 & 5 @ 10 a.m. EST

May 3 @ 10 a.m. EST online: A Journey through America’s National Park System
This presentation shares the inspiration to visit all 419 National Park Service units, a centennial project to say thank you to park personnel for their tireless support and assistance, and the story of how the adventure became a book. Memorable recollections from the parks are shared, as well as system wide themes and observations.

May 5 @ 10 a.m. EST online: Hidden Gems of America’s National Park System
We’ll explore some of the stunning gems in our national park system, places largely unfamiliar to the general public and any but serious park enthusiasts and rangers. We’ll cover sites from across the continent and into the Pacific and Caribbean, exploring lesser known but spectacular natural and historical parks that remain some of our National Park Service’s best kept secrets.
