Donation Request Form
  • Donations must be made at least 45 days in advance. If this requirement is not met, your request may be denied.

  • Donation requests must be approved by General Manager and Outreach Coordinator, or, if necessary, a committee of Board Members.

  • Donations of large monetary amounts are generally not approved. Typically, the donation is a raffle bag of products. Please be specific with your needs for this donation and we will create a donation specific to your organization's needs.

  • If your party is requesting a large donation, please refer to our annual Cooperative Community Grant or Round UP @ the Register program.

  • Questions? Call the Outreach Coordinator at (530) 283-2458 regarding your donation request.

  • You will be contacted if your donation request has been approved.
