Thank you for your interest in participating in the July 2026 Point in Time Count that will occur the night of July 22nd-23rd at The Greater Green Bay Community Foundation (400 S. Washington St. Green Bay, WI 54301)

We are asked to report on whether we have participation from folks who have experienced homelessness. If you are comfortable sharing this information, it will help us to determine how well we are including those who have lived experience and to help us track whether we are improving at doing so.

Because we have funding to serve youth & young adults experiencing homelessness in our community, we are working to improve participation from youth and young adults 18-24.

Please select for which time frames you will be volunteering. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your shift. For first shift, we ask that you do not arrive earlier than 11:10 to allow time for coordinators to ensure everything is ready for volunteer arrivals.

We cannot accommodate any requests for non-standard shifts (i.e., 1am-5am).

Volunteering for the PIT-related daytime resource event that will occur the week after the count

Procuring donations for supplies to be given to unsheltered folks identified during the count and/or at the resource event

Preparing materials for volunteers and/or sorting and organizing donations for unsheltered folks encountered

Assist with checking in volunteers during the overnight count (ensuring paperwork is signed and received, directing them to their teams, ensuring they receive all necessary supplies, etc.)

Taking pictures/videos during the daytime or nighttime events to be used by the Brown County Homeless and Housing Coalition for social media and/or marketing-- preserving the privacy and confidentiality of the unsheltered/service-recipients will be discussed in-depth with anyone volunteering for this activity.
