Event Rental @Business Lounge Dallas
Business Lounge Dallas can seat up to 40 comfortably. This is an intimate, elegant and classy event space. Full payment secures the date. We setup and takedown. Our team also helps with serving your guests and packing up your leftovers for easy departure.
We provide a stress free experience for you & your guests before, during & after your event.

We DO NOT accept deposits. There are NO REFUNDS. We will happily reschedule an event if needed(Owners discretion). If your event exceeds the agreed time, there is an OVERAGE FEE of $5 A MINUTE. DO NOT use the address on your materials until the invoice is paid in FULL. Submitting this form means you are ready to book and payment is due. ONLY A PAID INVOICE SECURES THE DATE. This is a law abiding contract.

I hereby grant the Business Lounge Dallas permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media ("photo") in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. WE OFTEN HAVE PHOTOGS OR VIDEOGS ONSITE FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. You are welcome to hire our photog for your event as well.
Fees are subject to change without notice. Only a paid invoice secures the date. Quotes for events are good for 72 hours. After the 3rd day, the invoice will be cancelled and a new one must be requested.

NO DJs, the space is intimate enough for the Bluetooth speaker.
NO Silly string, confetti, or hanging of decorations from the ceiling.
NO small children ages 1-5

We are an intimate event space, if you want vendors for your event, contact us via email info@businessloungedallas.com so we can discuss setup & flow.

We have onsite staff for media needs. Please consider using our staff before bringing your own. They know the specs of the space and the best angles. You can add them to your event below. If you choose to bring your own media staff, please email us at info@businessloungedallas.com their information.
