In order to submit a concern or complaint to the school you will need to complete the form below.
The complaint will be fully investigated and responded to in line with timeframes given in the IDS Complaints Policy and detailed in the summary below.
When you raise a suggestion, concern or complaint:
- we will listen to everything that you say
- we will ask you questions to help make things clear
- we will treat you fairly
- we will keep you update at each stage of the process
Please note
that before taking forward the complaint we will need to be satisfied that you
have the authority to act on behalf of the person concerned.
If you are a pupil of the school we will help you complete this form, explain it to you and will give you a copy of it when it is completed.
