Grossmont Gives Back: Campus Community Art Project.
This is your opportunity to join students and other members of the Grossmont community and create murals that will showcase our campus' diverse and engaged population. Volunteers will help paint meaningful and culturally relevant murals and kiosks that will be displayed all over campus. We will fill the blank spaces all around campus with our thoughtfully designed and communally filled portraits. No artistic experience is necessary! Just sign up and bring yourself and an open mind to the main quad at the Grossmont campus on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. This is an opportunity to contribute to a campus community art project that may be showcased long after you have moved on in your educational path. Come join us, pick up a brush, and make a difference!

We will be painting outdoors in the main quad. While we should have ample shade, you should wear sunscreen and clothing that is appropriate for painting and the weather. If possible, bring an old shirt or an apron to protect your clothing. Don't wear your tuxedo or favorite ball gown. Prepare yourself for a good time.

This event is sponsored by the World Arts and Cultures Committee and BLICK Art Materials in collaboration with Grossmont College's CSL Program and Student Affairs.
