Tennessee Overhill JAM at the L&N Depot (Etowah, TN)
Learn traditional Appalachian music with Overhill JAM at the L&N Depot, 727 Tennessee Ave South, Etowah, TN 37331. Orientation is Thursday, June 11th, 4:30 to 6:00 pm, and the 6 week summer  session runs through July 19th, 2026. JAM is open to students in grades 3 through 11 from McMinn and Polk Counties. Tuition is $35.00 for the summer session, with a sliding scale option of $17.50 for the full 6 weeks. The full semester tuition is requested up front; if you are unable to pay the full amount up front, please contact us and we will work with you on a payment plan. We strive to make JAM accessible to all students regardless of family income, and a limited number of partial and full JAM scholarships are available based on demonstrated need and availability.

In an effort to keep a focused learning environment, each class is limited to 10 students. If a class is full, your student will be placed on a waitlist. For questions or concerns, email director@tennesseeoverhill.com.

  • Concert: Summer performance in August
