Format for workshops will be as follows:

Workshops will provide opportunities for reflection, self-awareness and activism. 

Groups will be of 6 to 8 participants. Once I have enough participants, I will reach out with dates. 

During meetings, individuals might be paired up or broken up into groups for discussion. 

1 hour in length for 4 weeks. 

There might be activities to be completed between meetings. 

Participants will be asked to have videos on. 

Cost is $100 for the full 4 weeks. Payment will need to be made in full, prior to first workshop. 

Please feel free to share this form with individuals you think might be interested. Please note that for comfort and creating a safe space, any individuals that know others looking to participate will have to express mutual interest in being put in the same group - thought depending on numbers and scheduling - it might not always be an option.
