7th Lichfield Paddlesport: Leader Risk Assessment   Acknowledgement
In order for us to operate the Paddlesport sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic we must adhere to Scout Association rules on Risk Assessments and participant communication.

Please read the information on this form careful and follow the links to read the referenced documents.

All Leaders taking part on Paddlesport sessions at Manor Park, both those running sessions on the water and those that are responsible for young people on the shore must complete this form.

You only need to complete this form once, even if you take part in multiple sessions. However, if the Risk Assessment is changed you will be emailed and asked to complete this form again.

The "COVID-19 Amber Paddling Risk Assessment" [https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XI__du-jGA2Kff9ab3Mv7C50BcmZRtr8/view?usp=sharing] covers the detail of how the Paddlesport Team will run sessions safely. All participants must adhere to the measures stipulated in this Risk Assessment.

Every group that attends a Paddlesport session must have its own Risk Assessment that has been signed off in accordance with the Scout Association procedure for a return to face-to-face Scouting. If you have not yet submitted a Risk Assessment for approval we can provide a template for you to use as a stating point. If you are a Leader attending with a group you must have read and understood this Risk Assessment.  If you are a Paddlesport leader you will not have a separate Risk Assessment and you may acknowledge this question anyway.
