INPARMA – Indian Network for Program and Research Managers & Administrators is a newly-formed initiative, started by a small group of PMs & RMAs in India.

Our goal is to connect research managers, program managers, and research administrators nationwide and foster a strong and collaborative community that supports India’s research and innovation ecosystem.

We invite professionals (and aspirants!) from across the country engaged in research-affiliated activities ranging from research management, administration, outreach, communication, fund raising, grant management, industry liaison and more, to join us in shaping this network, sharing knowledge, and moving forward together.

INPARMA offers a supportive professional community; training and career development opportunities; webinars, workshops, and networking events; advocacy for greater recognition research-allied roles; and connections with international networks and practices.
