EGHS Summer Sports Camp Registration (2025)
Welcome families and friends of East Greenwich High School's Summer Sports Camps! 
To continue streamlining camper registration, we have moved to a digital sign-up form. Submit this form below FOR EACH CAMPER/CAMP. (Ex, if sending 3 kids to camp(s), submit 3 forms.) 

CHECKS MUST BE SENT TO PHYSICAL ADDRESS TO CONFIRM REGISTRATION. Once the check is received, an email confirmation will be sent and checks will not be processed until the week of camp. (Checks made out to EGHS Summer Camps, and mailed to Summer Camp Director-Karen Lockhart/ 166 Sweet Allen Farm Road/ Wakefield, RI 02879) 

***If sending children to multiple camps, please send separate checks (1 for each different camp). Each week of camp checks get allocated to a separate team's account. Please remember that these camps are also fundraisers. (I.e. Tennis camp profits go to the tennis program.)
 
Half-day camp price: $185.00
Full-day camp price: $250.00 
3-day camp price: $125.00

***Refunds will not be issued if requested within 2 weeks of the camp start date, unless an emergency. Transfers to another camp my be issued if there is wiggle room in both camps, under camp director discretion. 

Thank you for your support of our athletic programs at EGHS! Some of the profits from each camp will go directly back into the specific sport's program as a fundraiser to help purchase team gear, equipment, etc.)

My son/daughter is fully able to participate in all activities at the East Greenwich Summer Sports Camps. I understand that every effort is made to protect the health and safety of the campers through training and supervision. I hereby authorize the camp instructors to act for me with their best judgment in any emergency situation. All head coaches are CPR/ first aid/concussion certified.

I also attest that my child will be kind and respectful, to both campers and counselors, and will speak and act kindly and appropriately to people of all races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and backgrounds. I recognize the importance of inclusion and acceptance and the role it plays at the youth sports level and will encourage my child to include and respect all campers. EGHS will uphold a zero-tolerance policy for any bullying.
