Welcome to this year's annual powwow!
On behalf of the Powwow Committee and all the volunteers involved, thank you for considering hosting a booth at this year's powwow. We hope you find the powwow enjoyable and profitable. Please see the information below regarding booth registration, set up, and details.

Prices below are per day. Vendors who pay in full in by Monday, April 29th will not be charged for Sunday.

REGULATIONS GOVERNING VENDING:
•Vendors must comply with the Indian Arts & Crafts Act of 1990

•Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, lights & extension cords (electricity access may be limited)
•Food and beverage vendors MUST provide their own generators, fire extinguishers, and hand-washing stations
•Food and beverage vendors MUST have a food establishment/event permit from Snohomish Health District and provide a
copy to the Powwow Committee no later than April 29th

•Priority for placement will go to vendors with a history of attending our powwow and those who register and prepay
•Reservations are subject to space availability
•Vendor setup begins Friday at 5:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
•Grand entries at 1 & 7 pm on Saturday; 1 p.m. on Sunday
•No carnival type toys, fireworks, other noise making devices & water squirt guns
•No drugs or alcohol
•No items considered illegal by state, county and federal government
•The college will provide compostable kitchenware that vendors are to use.

The college will not be held liable for any damages, injury or thefts.

FOOD VENDOR BOOTH (selection)

BEVERAGE VENDOR BOOTH (selection)

ARTS & CRAFTS VENDING BOOTH (selection)
Arts & Craft vendors need to provide own tables, chairs, and other set-up materials. Access to electricity may be limited.
WALKING VENDORS (selection)
Walking vendors MUST wear a pinned-on label provided by the Powwow Committee in order to be recognized and allowed to sell at the event.
