Upper Class Scholarships Application
The Upper Class Scholarships are made possible by donations made to Kettering University by alumni and friends of the University. These scholarships are offered to students who are expected to have obtained sophomore status or higher by July 1 of the new academic year.

Deadline: Friday April 12, 2019
Any application received after the deadline date will not be reviewed. No exceptions given.

Choose each scholarship you are applying for in the following field. You may apply for any scholarship for which you meet the minimum criteria.

Some of the scholarships require other documentation such as an essay or letter of recommendation. Please read https://www.kettering.edu/sites/default/files/upperclass_scholarship_criteria.pdf carefully for other documentation that may be required and make sure to follow the instructions in the Additional Documentation section.

If demonstrate financial need is included as criteria for a scholarship, students must submit the 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be required to submit a thank you letter addressed to the donor before the scholarship will be credited to your account. Scholarship donors are generous and caring people who unselfishly give to support the education of students like you. Your letter reminds them why they gave in the first place and often helps secure continuing gifts for future students.
