Proton Block Producers are first pre-qualified by the Proton Committee members before being granted the permissions to register as a producer on the Testnet (and then later Mainnet) Proton chains.  Please provide the information below regarding your block producer so the Committee can know who you are and what awesomeness you plan to bring to the chain!
