Parent Involvement Survey
FY 19 (TCS) Harper Elementary School Parental Involvement Survey

Dear Parent or Guardian,
Harper Elementary School is a Title 1 school, and as the parent/guardian or family member of a child attending a Title 1 school you are an important part of the Title 1 team. Harper Elementary School is working to strengthen partnerships between our school and families in order to help children perform better in school. In order to continue to do so, we need to collect as much information as possible regarding the involvement of parents and the school their child attends. The purpose of this survey is to get your opinion/input in the planning and implementation of the parental involvement program and activities in our school. The following survey is confidential and will be used to assist us with future planning for parental involvement activities and events at Harper Elementary School (HES). We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.

All surveys may be returned to Mrs. Lewis in the front office or completed online at hes.tcitys.org
