Kick Boxing
Get fit, have fun, and feel the burn! Our new women's kick boxing classes will improve fitness levels, help with strength and toning, and teach you technique. All abilities welcome, whether you're an absolute beginner or have experience, come along and make friends in our friendly and welcoming environment.
