Join UNC scholars to learn more about the social, terrestrial and marine environments of the Galápagos Islands of Ecuador. Amanda Thompson (Anthropology) will discuss nutrition and public health, Diego Riveros-Iregui (Geography) will talk about water and land dynamics, and Adrian Marchetti (Marine Sciences) will discuss marine ecology and biological productivity in the Galápagos Islands and their impacts on life and circumstances in a world-renowned protected area.
