ADVERTISING TERMS
1. All advertising requests or press-ready artwork must be submitted 12 days prior to the date of the issue the ad is to be printed in. For example, to have an ad printed in the January 13th issue, all information for that ad would be due by January 1st.
2. If you have contracted for multiple issues the same ad design will be run in each issue. The ad will cease being run once the contracted number of issues is reached.
3. Only minor changes (mostly text or small graphical adjustments) will be accepted for ads within a multiple issue contract. Those changes must be requested by the deadline described in item 1. Major or time-consuming changes requested to your advertisement design will trigger a review of your ad's pricing by Border Bulletin.
4. If you elected to be invoiced monthly, you agree to pay the amount within 30 days of being invoiced. Any delinquent accounts go into default. Ads for default accounts will not be printed again until the amounts due are paid. Accounts that have gone into default will no longer qualify for monthly billing, and their ads must be paid in full 12 days prior to printing.
5. Errors: Border Bulletin claims no responsibility for any errors within materials or information submitted by the advertiser. Border Bulletin claims no responsibility for any errors within advertisement designs that have been reviewed and approved by the advertiser. In a case were it is indeed Border Bulletin's error we agree to provide a corrected advertisement in the next issue. Border Bulletin is not liable for any apparent financial or other losses claimed to be associated with an advertising error.
6. Border Bulletin reviews all ad requests and reserves the right to refuse advertisements that it believes are out-of-character and/or contrary to the purpose of Border Bulletin newspaper and/or to the welfare of its community of readers.
7. Advertising Design Copyright: Any assembled or uniquely created artwork that constitutes an advertisement and is created by the Border Bulletin staff will be and remain a Border Bulletin copyrighted item, as is all Border Bulletin original content. Requests from advertisers to provide or share an advertisement design (digitally or otherwise) with another publication, organization, or other entity will be considered, but typically not honored. A request must be made for any use of the aforementioned artwork by the advertisers or any persons.
8. Press-ready artwork submitted by advertisers retains the copyright of the artwork's creator. Border Bulletin claims no copyright on this material.
