Waste and our Changing World & Mounties, Marshes, and Making the Future
Come join us for two interdisciplinary programs that combine science and history! In the morning, students will learn about waste in our world through a study of the Fort Calgary site, an in-depth look at how artifacts are made, and the impact materials can have on our world. In the afternoon, students will explore our community wetland and the St. Patrick’s Island wetland. Through their explorations, they learn about these vital ecosystems.
