New Disabled South - Food Assistance Fund
UPDATE OCTOBER 29th:
Unfortunately we cannot accept any more applications to this fund. The response has been overwhelming. As of 2:57pm Eastern, we have recorded nearly 19,000 applications totaling $4.1 million in requests - more than we could ever fulfill. Right now, our team is moving diligently to get money out the door to as many people who already applied as we can. The more money we raise, the more we can send to folks. We wish we could help every single person who applied. For folks who have already applied, we will follow up with resources that we hope can help. If you did not get a chance to apply, we will add resources here as soon as we can. We are sorry that we cannot help everyone, but we are committed to doing whatever we can to make sure our community is taken care of. We’re all we’ve got.
