Hillsboro Schools Foundation Innovative Education Grants 2019 Abstract Application
2019 Abstract Application Information
The Hillsboro Schools Foundation is once again offering grants for innovative curricula, programs or projects. The grant proposal process will be in 3 steps: 1. Abstract, 2. Full Grant Proposal, and 3.Completion Report. First, we are asking schools to submit just a 1-page google form abstract briefly describing the program idea. There is no limit to the number of abstracts a school may submit. Abstracts will then be reviewed and semi-finalists will be invited to complete a full application.
Think you have a great idea? Talk it over with your cohorts, complete the abstract, have someone check your grammar, run it by your principal or administrator, and send it over to us! Grant requests are for the 2019-2020 school year. We are offering two types of grants. Tier 1 grants range from $10,000-15,000 (up to 2 will be awarded) and Tier 2 grants are up to $5,000. A total of $50,000.00 will be awarded.
Submission Deadline: 11:59pm Wednesday, Feb. 6th, 2019.
