I know there is a lot of changes happening in the world right now that is out of our control. What I have learned recently is that we need to focus on what we can control! And that is ourselves! Control the controllable. By starting our fitness journeys, and adding proper nutrition and accountability we are taking BIG steps to be able to start controlling what's best for us.

For the accountability, you will be added to my monthly challenge group and my team page. These will help hold you accountable to yourself with daily assignments and check ins, recipes and superfoods shakes, tips, photos, and the best part RESULTS. I have found that the accountability groups have been the missing ingredient to me getting results.

There is no quick fix. This is not a pill that you take to lose 10lbs. This takes work and commitment to yourself. This month we will be working together and focusing on a balanced lifestyle with easy and simple fitness and nutrition plans, without restricting or "dieting."
