2026 Fresh Fest Student Leader Application!
We're so excited you want to be a part of the third-ever Rutgers Hillel Fresh Fest! We'll follow up after applications close about an interview to get to know you better. There is no guarantee you will be offered a position, but there are many different ways to be involved—we hope you're as excited about creating a great first-year experience as we are!

Fresh Fest is our new early move-in program for Jewish-identifying first-year students. They'll have the ability to start making friends before Rutgers' Welcome Week, while participating in fun summer camp-style programming with Hillel all day long from Monday, August 24th - Tuesday August 25th! As an upper-class student leader working on Fresh Fest, you will:
  • Get tons of free (and some exclusive) Hillel swag,
  • Enjoy meals paid for by Hillel during Fresh Fest,
  • Move-in early to your dorm/off-campus residence on Sunday, August 23rd (availability requested in-person from Sunday 8/23 - Friday 8/28 for Fresh Fest & Welcome Week programming—please note that this schedule is tentative to change),
  • Enjoy exclusive opportunities paid by Hillel,
  • Receive mentorship and leadership experience,
  • Gain the opportunity to build unique skills on your resume,
  • Create lasting memories and tons of amazing first impressions for Jewish students brand-new to campus, and
  • Become a natural role model for first-years to look up to!

Exec Board: Friday, May 1st @ 11:59pm
Group Leaders: Friday, June 26th @ 11:59pm
