NCET 2020 Vendor Registration Form
Attention Vendors....

Conference dates for the 2020 NCET Conference are Wednesday March 25th - Friday March 27th. We currently have room for 36 booths at the conference center. There is a maximum of 4 double booths this year. After filling out the online form you will receive confirmation from the Board with information on where to send payment after the board approves registrations.

The information you provide will be included in member notebooks and on our website. The Vendor registration fee for this year is $500 per booth. To accommodate space for all vendors, displays must fit within a 6x6 foot space. Meal tickets will not be included in the cost of vendor registration. If you would like to purchase a meal ticket the cost is $35.

Wireless Internet access is available, but wired drops are not. The vendor area will open Wednesday and Thursday morning at 7:30 am, 8:00 am on Friday. Vendors should complete setup by 7:30 AM Wednesday. If not setup by 7:30 AM, those vendors will not be able to setup until lunch break on Wednesday. Vendors are encouraged to setup Tuesday night before the conference if possible.

There will be a pre-conference vendor meeting @ 7:15 AM Wednesday March 25th in the Crystal Ballroom Vendor area. Each vender is required to have representation at the meeting.

Vendor Guidelines
1) All door prizes will be given away during the RoundTable (Wednesday afternoon) or at Closing Session (Friday morning). There are to be no prizes given away at individual class sessions (ex. Gift Cards, Tumblers, Drawings, etc.)

2) All prizes will become the property of NCET and vendor names of donated prizes will not be disclosed due to Federal/State regulations, rules, and guidelines.

3) Door prizes must be given away at the Conference; no prizes are to be mailed to the winners after the Conference.

4) Vendors are not to take members out of NCET general sessions or other sponsored sessions.

5) All vendors are to show professional courtesy for NCET members and other vendors.

6) Vendor events at the conference center must be open to all members.

7) Vendor must have representation at the pre-conference vendor meeting on Wednesday morning. (March 25th, 2020 @ 7:15 AM)

8) Vendor tables will be chosen on a first paid basis. A NCET board member will contact you prior to the conference for you to choose your location.

9) Vendor setup materials (backdrops, drapery, boxes, etc) must fit inside the dimensions of the booth that you select. If they do not fit you will not be allowed to use them. The measurements are displayed on the Vendor Space Layout maps that you will receive if you are selected.

10) Vendor name badges will be limited to 3 per booth. (6 total for a double booth)
