Donations: While donations are not required, NYC Doll Convention is extremely grateful for any donations for our raffles, prizes, VIP swag bags, or for use in event programming. Please note, donations are not tax-deductible, but required labeling for raffles in New York state as well as to help us organize as we will need to log the value of any donated item.
Proceeds from the raffle will go towards funding next year’s NYC Doll Conventions as well as the Wild Bird Fund, a federally licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Other donations will be used as game prizes for our various games for attendees.
NYC Doll Convention would like to promote and thank all our donors on our website & social media for individual items (or overall donations) valued at or over $75. Please share any applicable websites, social media links/handles, images, and logos. We also request that images be emailed or linked for donated items.
Items donated must be new or in 'near new' conditions. All BJDs must be legit/authentic, we will not accept any recast/bootleg/illegally made copies.
The NYC Doll Convention, LLC has the right to decline any donation at any point.
While we prefer donations to be sent ahead of the event, vendors and volunteers may have the option to drop off their donation(s) in person.
