We are pleased to invite you to an Early Market Engagement (EME) Seminar for an upcoming ADB-supported Pakistan Railways project, to be held on 11 March 2026 at Koh-i-Noor Hall, Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

This seminar will provide an opportunity for interested contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and service providers to learn about the project’s indicative scope and implementation approach, and to share market insights that may help inform the project’s packaging and procurement planning. The session is intended for information exchange only and does not constitute a bidding process or a commitment by ADB or Pakistan Railways to proceed with procurement.

To participate, please register at your earliest convenience. The deadline for registration is 6 March 2026. The event is jointly organized by Pakistan Railways and the Asian Development Bank.
