INDEMNITY
The Kremetart 2023 and its committee or agents will not be liable for claims in respect
of theft, fire, vandalism and any damage or loss to equipment and products.
The Kremetart 2023 and its committee or agents will further not be liable for any losses, damage or
bodily injury and or death of any kind whatsoever to any property or person and no risk is
assumed by the KW or its committee or agents for such loss or damage.
All exhibits are entirely at your own risk.
The Kremetart 2023 and its committee or agents will not be liable for any injury or health problems that
a person might develop due to participation in the festival.

General stalls include clothing, accessories, shoes, art, handmade products, jewellery etc.

Food and Deli stalls include ready-cooked meals (take-away) and/or ready-made food (sweets, biscuits, dried fruit etc.) and/or unsealed food products (biltong, ice cream etc.) and/or non alcoholic/alcoholic products

Promotional Stall: Marketing opportunity ( Banners, Flags ect.)

If you are going to use any additional electrical device, you need additional electricity installed for your account. Please indicate additional apparatus used e.g. a kettle. Our on site electrician will phone each stall holder to confirm all electrical devices.
