Agreement(s): Responsible party agrees to hold harmless the Brooktondale Community Center and its Board of Directors regarding use of alcoholic beverages at this function. It is understood that approval does not include EXCLUSIVE access since the grounds and outside facilities and equipment are open to the public at all times. The scheduler and coordinator of the Brooktondale Community Center reserve the right to charge for cancellation.  PLEASE NOTE:  If you do not receive the "Thank you for your request" box after clicking the submit button, your reservation request has not been received.  This could be because of a faulty internet connection, or because you have not completely filled out the required answers.  Common problem:  Have you remembered to select "AM or PM" in the rental time request?  If you continue to have difficulty, or haven't received a response within 48 hours, please email brooktondaleapple@gmail.com
