First Reconciliation/Eucharist Program 2019-2020
This is a registration form for our First Reconciliation/Eucharist Program for 2019-2020. Please read it carefully and fill it in accurately and completely so we can keep accurate registration and sacrament records for your child. Children who wish to receive First Eucharist (also known as Communion) must complete First Reconciliation (also known as Confession) first and older students who have not received Reconciliation yet are welcome to participate in the Fall program. Please put these dates in your calendar as you register. All sessions after September 23 are for both children and parents.

If you cannot make one of the sessions, please check off "Attending at a different parish as this date does not work for our family." A complete list of alternate dates will be provided by September 23. It is expected that all sessions will be attended either at St. Michael or at another parish so the entire program is completed. If Saturdays do no work, please sign up at a different parish but indicate that you would like to have the actual celebrations at St. Michael.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Maureen at mross@saintmichael.ca If you are not registered at St. Michael Catholic Community (you don't receive tax receipts, Christmas Letter from Father, celebrated other sacraments here), please go online to our website under JOIN to register.

******Future emails will be sent out by Flocknote. If you are not signed up yet, please go to www.flocknote.com/smcyyc and click on FIRST RECONCILIATION/HOLY COMMUNION in order to receive updates and messages. If you are already signed up but haven't added yourself to that list, log in to your account and add that group.
