A Walk in the Woods
Join the Southeast Vermont Cooperative Invasive Species Management Association (CISMA) on a forest walk in the Whetstone watershed. At this event, we will teach plant identification, discuss invasive plant management, and how to use iNaturalist. We will be joined by Dan Healey, a Forester with Long View Forest, to talk about invasive plant management and planning. Along the way, we will teach you how to identify the native and invasive plants we are seeing. Our walk will take place off of Dettman Dr., on an 85 acre woodlot owned by The Housing Foundation. 
We will be parking here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/KCkBvvRMM3o4rVeQ6 at the beginning of Dettman Dr. (between Cumby's and VT Bud Barn). Parking will be on the side of Dettman Dr..
