NB Pay Lite: How to qualify & costs *

To qualify for NightsBridge Pay Lite you will need:
  • A way to collect balance payments from your guests. 
  • Property located in South Africa. 
  • South African bank account.
  • Your currency set as ZAR.
  • To meet your guest face-to-face, get their signature on the transaction slip, and verify their card (for non-3D secure payments only).

Monthly fee: none

Card fee (per transaction):
  • Visa and Mastercard: 2.75% (3D domestic), 2.95% (non-3D domestic), 3.25% (international)
  • American Express: 3.25%
  • Diners Club: 3.25%
  • Virtual Cards: 3.98%
  • When a booking is cancelled, the card fee is not refunded (you can add this to your T&Cs)

Bank fee (per transaction): R3.00 (all of the day's transactions will be combined into a single transfer)

All of the fees listed above are exclusive of VAT.

NB Tap: How to qualify & costs *
NightsBridge Tap turns your Android phone into a card machine that allows guests to tap and pay with their card/phone, etc, with payments that are automatically captured and easily traced within NightsBridge.

To qualify for NightsBridge Tap you will need:

  • NightsBridge Pay activated
  • You must have an Android 11+ and NFC compatible phone.
Monthly fee: none

Card fee (per transaction):

  • Visa and Mastercard: 2.4% (3D domestic), 2.95% (international)
  • Amex and Diners cards currently not accepted
  • When a booking is cancelled, the card fee is not refunded (you can add this to your T&Cs)
Bank fee (per transaction): R3.00 (all of the day's transactions will be combined into a single transfer)
