We’ll be gathering information from you about your personal data, financial pledge, and volunteer information. The registration should take less than 10 minutes to fill out.
We have all of our singers register each season…… so that we have the necessary information to contact you.… to help us keep you organized and informed.… to give us permission to use your likeness.… to briefly apprise you of our activities for the year.… to secure a pledge for a donation amount you think you can contribute to TCWC.
Our policy is that singers can only take their music home with them after they’ve registered.

Please consider the following when determining your pledge:
* No one is turned away regardless of ability to contribute financially
* Budgeted expenses for TCWC & ENCORE for 2017-2018 are approximately $197,000. Our fiscal year is from July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018.
* Operation of the choir – rent, staff, bills, music, concert production, etc. – costs approximately $1200/singer/year. We offset as many of these expenses as possible through grants, ticket revenue, our Divas & Desserts Gala fundraiser, and other fundraising activities like the Sing-a-Thon and raffle.

Once your registration (this Google Form) and account (through our website) have been reviewed by TCWC staff, you will be granted access to all the information for singers, including practice tracks. This may take a 2-3 days.
