Participant's Duties
After the participants' selection, they must follow the coordination of EmBarca within the stipulated deadlines, namely:

a) Preparatory tasks
Preparatory meetings with the sending NGO (in person or on-line), preparation of the intercultural night and preparation of activities that the organisation indicates.

b) Tasks during the project
Participate actively in all sessions and follow the coordination of the team of facilitators.
Provide written documents and/or in the form of photos/videos to the EmBarca team.

c) Tasks after project completion
Write a short text talking about the experience and the impact it had on you.
Carry out the project dissemination tasks defined by the project's host organisation.

By filling this form we assume that you accept these duties and that you will fulfill them under penalty of being excluded as a participant in this project. Also, by filling it you accept the dissemination of your photos/videos/texts for the purpose of project visibility/dissemination.
