2019 Summer Mission Project Application Form
***The deadline for this application is Sunday, February 3, 2019 at 11:59PM***

Thank you for your interest in HMI’s Summer Mission Projects. We are truly excited at the opportunity God has given us for this summer. Before you start filling out the application, please look over the requirements for the mission application.

Before you start filling out the application, it is imperative that you look over the requirements for this application. It is mandatory that you fulfill all the requirements. Furthermore, you are required to attend all the training meetings (most likely on Saturday afternoons). If you are involved with other extra-curricular activities or have responsibilities at work that require weekend hours, please consult with Pastor Ben (benjamin.kim@hmcc.net) immediately.

- Must exemplify a growing relationship with Christ
- Must receive parental permission if you are an undergraduate student
- Must fast every Thursday as part of the spiritual conditioning
- Must be able to attend all training meetings (TBA) if accepted to the team

In filling out this application we ask that you will answer every question truthfully and prayerfully. This will help us in making final selections for the missions teams. Also, be sure to print out the Parental Consent Form and mail it to your parents so they can sign it and mail it to the church office by the required deadline. You can find the Parental Consent Form in the link below:

Please note that actual dates for the field portions are still tentative. Daily training will begin when the University of Texas’ summer term starts (early June 2019) and the field portion will fall within mid June until late July 2019. Details will be disclosed later during the winter term.

As you consider this year’s HMI mission projects, please prayerfully consider this opportunity to seek the heart of God for missions. From this mission project, we desire to be prepared for a global church movement. This is not a short-term project, but the start of a lifetime endeavor!
