As discussed in the USPC By-laws, Sponsors of Record for the Casanova-Warrenton Pony Club (CWPC) are those individuals aged 18 or older who have an interest in supporting the club through the by-law’s specific responsibilities delineated for Sponsors.  In addition to providing suggestions for the operation and administration of CWPC, sponsors oversee CWPC’s budget and calendar of activities, as well as voting on club officers.  (All members and parents may discuss these items, but only Sponsors vote.)  Because we must have a quorum of Sponsors at our Sponsors Meetings, it is important for Sponsors to attend and participate in those meetings.

The Sponsor term runs from January 1- December 31 of each calendar year.  Sponsors may be accepted at any time during the year except for (1) the 30-day period prior to the Annual Sponsors’ Meeting and (2) the period from the day notice is given of any Annual, Regular or Special meeting of sponsors through the day that meeting concludes.

The Sponsors’ Fee for 2024 is $15.00.  Please complete this form to be a CWPC Sponsor for the 2024 calendar year.  

Upon completion, You can either send a payment of $15 to - https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/PayCWPC OR you can wait to be sent an invoice via Paypal to pay the $15.00 Sponsor Fee via credit card or electronic fund transfer (Or you may opt to send a check payable to CWPC to the address on the invoice).  Your Sponsorship will be considered accepted upon receipt of payment and approval by the District Commissioner.
