The 2025 Ohio AI Summit will be held on Wednesday, November 19 in Columbus at Columbus State Community College.
It's a 3/4 day conference of content, AI demos, panel conversations, and networking featuring high-profile speakers and leading companies ranging from startups to corporations.
The 2025 theme is AI in Action. We are looking for Ohio-specific AI stories and real-world examples to share. Beyond the theoretical, how is AI being used across our state in real time by Ohioans and Ohio companies.
Speaking opportunities
- AI in Action demos: For companies that have built or are using AI to showcase successful AI case studies. These are TED-styled sprints that will include a presentation of yours + audience Q+A. We ask that these are Ohio-specific examples and if you are a service provider show the outcome with a named client.
- Startup Showcase: Are you an Ohio startup building with AI? We're looking for the top new companies with big potential. This is your opportunity to get in front of a statewide audience and show your product.
- Panels: For AI experts and technologists who have something interesting to share with a statewide audience. In your application you must include specific points you wish to share that relate to AI in Action.

- 20+ speakers
- Expected attendee profile: corporate IT and innovation leaders, startups building in the AI space, researchers, and technology pros
- Representation from every region of Ohio (Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, etc.)
