The Niles Park District offers a variety of indoor and outdoor facility rental opportunities, and interested parties should complete and submit this form to request space. Requests are fulfilled on  a first come, first serve basis. Applicants can expect to receive a response within 5-7 business days from their submission date, and an email confirmation with additional instructions will be sent once your request has been approved. If your request is not approved, you will be contacted to discuss possible alternatives.

Approval of rental requests will be dependent upon available space and current program/league schedules do take priority over rentals. 

You can view our new rental Polices and Procedures via THIS LINK. These new policies and procedures apply to all renters, and will take effect on 12/7/2023.

SUBMISSIONS ARE REVIEWED MONDAY-FRIDAY, between 9a and 5pm.

By completing and signing this rental request, I agree that I will be responsible for use of Park district property by my group and for damages which might occur. I will arrive and remain with my group for the entire time we use the Park District property.
