This survey aims to create pairings in a mentorship program where undergraduates, MS, PhD, post-doctoral, and professionals can provide and receive mentorship, gain access to more resources, and increase networking opportunities in the fields of fisheries, marine, and oceans sciences. This is a partnership of the Alaska Chapter of the American Fisheries Society's Recruitment and Engagement  Committee (AK AFS RAE), University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences (CFOS), and the Alaska Student Chapter of the Society for Marine Mammalogy (AKSMM) to provide professional mentorship, particularly to individuals early in their education/career and of underrepresented groups. It is not required that you are part of UAF or AFS to participate. Please fill out all questions to the best of your ability so we can best pair you with a mentor or mentee.
