Region 2 Planning & Development Council ~ Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan Public Survey
Thank you for taking the time to respond to this survey and participating in the Region 2 Planning & Development Council's hazard mitigation planning process. By taking this survey, you are telling local leaders what risks are most important to you and your communities. That will help them to focus on the risk-related issues that matter here (versus what might be important in other areas of West Virginia or the Nation).

The region consists of Cabell, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo, and Wayne Counties and the jurisdictions within. This survey is designed to help the region as a whole, your county, and your community, gauge public perceptions of hazard vulnerability and potential projects to lessen the impacts of future hazard occurrences.

If you would like to discuss the hazard mitigation project, contact the Region 2 Planning & Development Council at (304) 529-3357. You may also contact your county emergency management agency for general information on mitigation and preparedness.
