Transcript Request
Educational verification can be processed via email at records@elyriaschools.org

The Elyria Schools can send a copy of an official or unofficial transcript for any PAST students of Elyria High & Elyria West High. This process is FREE, maximum of 5 transcripts allowed. Official transcripts with the seal can only be emailed or mailed directly to a college/university or employer.  Transcripts mailed to home addresses or email addresses of student will be unofficial copies.  Electronic transcripts are not available. Enter your information accordingly and your request will be processed within 10 business days.

Replacement diplomas must be ordered through Jostens at a cost to you: Fill out the attached form HERE and email to stitelerpatricia@elyriaschools.org.
