Our Lyndhurst and Westlake camp programs have reached capacity. As of 1/23/23, all further Lyndhurst or Westlake registrations will be added to a waitlist. Families are still encouraged to complete the registration form to be added to the waitlist. At this time, Beyond Camp Akron has a few remaining openings.

This year, Beyond Camp will be held at all three JB campuses (Akron, Lyndhurst, and Westlake). Camp runs from Monday, July 10th through Friday, August 4th, 2023. The full cost of camp must be received by May 31, 2022. We STRONGLY encourage families to seek funding support through their counties of residence ASAP. Please visit our website for more details. We look forward to another fantastic summer filled with unforgettable memories and experiences.

2023 Beyond Camp calendars, flyers, and financial aid information are available on the Beyond Camp website.
This enrollment form does not secure a spot in Beyond Camp. All enrollment forms will be reviewed in the order in which we receive them.
Camp is open to both current families and prospective families. Priority is given to current families. If you're a prospective family, we may reach out to you to request an ETR, IEP, support plan or other education-related documents to help us determine fit. We may request a conversation with your child's current teacher or an observation.
Beyond Camp 2023 will run July 10th -August 4th from 9 a.m.- 3 p.m. Campers must attend all 4 weeks.
Julie Billiart Schools does not offer financial aid to help cover the cost of camp. The Autism Scholarship may not help cover the cost of camp this year, as the Scholarship amount is not announced until summer. Applying for county funding is the BEST option for receiving assistance. Families should review financial information on the Beyond Camp flier/website and apply for county funds ASAP if in need of financial support.
