2018 Coaching Development
As a club we will be introducing a new coaching structure in 2018 and the aim will be for all coaches to achieve formal qualifications before the 2018 season starts.  As well as uniformity across our coaches.  The initial process for this will be through Coach the Coach sessions.  There will then be continuing support and development throughout the year.
