THIS FORM IS NOT FOR USE TO VOLUNTEER AS A TEAM MANAGER, COACH, OR TEAM PARENT.  You must log on to your account on the SCAA website (www.SouthernChesapeake.com)and volunteer in the registration portal to volunteer for those positions.  Be advised, registration must be open to volunteer as a Manager, Coach, or Team Parent.
