STALL SIZES AND PRICESAvailable stalls are as follows. Please note some stall options have limited availability.
• Fundraising/School Based Stall = FREEA 3mx3m space (standard gazebo/marquee)ORA 2mx1m space, big enough for a trestle table
• Kids Table Stall = $5A 2mx1m (trestle table or similar) with space to stand behind, run by a child or student
• Car Boot Space = $10A car space in the staff car park with a 1m access in front
• Promotional Table = $10A 2mx1m (trestle table or similar) with space to stand behind, to be used by local sports/activities to display flyers, registration forms, communicate with public etc.
• Business Stall = $15A 3mx3m space (standard gazebo/marquee), located outside.ORA 4mx1m (2x trestle tables or similar), located inside.Promotion and advertising of your business on the Facebook Event and Market page.
FOOD STALLSOnly food stalls acting under a business name, may sell any food goods. All food stalls will be required to provide their own public liability insurance
POWERED STALLSWe have some stall spaces available inside that have access to powder. In order to keep everyone safe, power can only be supplied to those stalls that are directly next to the power outlets. Therefore we have limited availability in terms of powered stalls. If you can't select whether or not you need power in the below questions then chances are we have run out of availability.
ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS PROHIBITED FOR SALE BY STALLHOLDERSGoods which infringe any copyright or registered trade mark, goods or merchandise that cannot be sold by law.
PAYMENTAll payments will need to be made in full either using the Qkr! app if you have a child who attends Woodend Primary School, in person, or by phone to the school's front office (8322 6422) no later than 3pm Wednesday, March 21st. Once payment has been made please send through a confirmation email so that we are able to cross reference our payments and confirm your space.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING AS A STALL HOLDER?Only a space is provided. Every seller is different and you should bring anything you need to trade, which may include a gazebo/marquee, table, displays, float, signage, power cords etc.
BUMP-IN AND BUMP-OUTBump-In Times:• Table Stalls from 7:00am - 7:30am • Business Stalls from 7:30am - 8:00am • Car Boot Spaces from 8:00am - 8:30am Bump-Out Times:From 12:30pm
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CAN'T ATTEND?Refundable cancellations are available only if a cancellation is made in writing, by email, at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation emails must be sent to email@example.comThere is no refunds or transfers available for cancellations within 2 weeks of the event date.
WEATHERIn terms of the weather forecast all decisions will be made at 7am on the day. If there is severe weather (eg. excessive rain, wind etc.) we will try to accommodate all stall holders inside the gym.
TERMS AND CONDITIONSAll applicants;• Are required to fill in the online application form to apply for a site. .• Are required to pay their site fees on or before the due date, Wednesday, March 21st, 2018• Must have equipment that is up to date with safety requirements. All equipment including applicants set up displays should be in good working order. • Are required to have a neat, tidy and professional display.• Must be dressed in professional attire, appropriate for retail.• Must act in a professional manner.• Must be approved to trade at this event. An approval email will be sent to all successful applicants with in 3-5 business days after form submission.• Must abide by the strict drop off/loading zone times.• Must park their vehicles in the designated stall holder parking sites sent out after acceptance.
