Donation Grant Focus and Guidelines:
• Must adhere to the mission and goals of Eagle Rock Jr./Sr. High PTSA
• Should focus on groups that promote inclusivity, diversity, equality and belonging
Who We Fund:
• Any Eagle Rock High Jr./Sr. High School group or department
• Project or activity that benefits as many students as possible to increase accessibility, outreach, and equity
• Opportunities and resources that benefit underserved, high needs students
Eligibility and Requirements
• Must be a part of Eagle Rock High School community
• At least one grantee requestor/member must be a current Eagle Rock Jr./Sr. High PTSA member
For grant recipients: Present a brief summary and/or photos to describe what you were able to accomplish with the grant funds.
Funding Limit:
Funding amount depends on PTSA funds
Priority given to applicants that have not received any funding
No donation to individual student, staff or family (per IRS rule)
Request for equipment, supplies or any request to purchase items must be purchased by the school. The PTSA will donate the funds to the school, and restricted to the grantee recipient
PTSA must not purchase or install any equipment being donated
Up to 6 grants available: 2 - $750, 2 - $500 and 2 - $150 grants
