Before you submit, you must complete the steps listed in the Additional Steps section.

After completing each step, make sure you hit "Submit" on the next page to save and submit your answers to us, otherwise they will not be saved. Upon submitting, you will be sent a receipt of your submission to the email address you provide directly below.

Once we have reviewed your completed application, a member of the 7th Ave Ministry House residence team will contact you to set up an interview, which is the final part of the application process.

Please note we will not review your application until you have completed each section of this application and the steps within. Additionally, as part of the application process, a background check will be run on each applicant.

1. The 7th Ave Ministry House is a community of young people who want to explore and deepen their faith in Christ — a faith expressed through active love and embodied in Christian community. This deepening can happen in many ways, as an individual opens oneself to regular involvement in a local worshiping community, finding belonging through house/neighborhood gatherings, developing spiritual practices, meeting with a mentor periodically, actively loving and serving others through a ministry/nonprofit role that fits one’s gifts/passions, just to name a few.
