Please fill out this form if you are requesting a fundraiser to support a Legend group. This form should be filled out at least 2 weeks in advance. Fundraising requests are reviewed every Friday in the Activities/Athletics office. You will receive an e-mail indicating you are approved to go forward with your fundraiser after it is reviewed.
