ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM : I hereby assume all of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with Curated Collective and Stik N Stuk Creative Studios. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims arising from property damage, theft, or personal injury of any kind. Exhibition is at the sole risk of the exhibitor. INITIAL BELOW.

Vendor agrees to obey all rules and instructions as directed by Curated Collective & SSCS during the event. Any failure to strictly adhere to such rules or instructions may result in the immediate termination of this agreement and immediate forfeiture of the event.

Curated Collective & SSCS reserves the right to use all vendor pictures for advertising and or media advertising.

As a courtesy to other vendors and participants, any amplified sound or loud noise from Vendor’s space is not permitted. We have live music! :)

Vendor understands and agrees that Curated Collective events are intended to be, and at all times shall be, a family friendly event.

Vendor shall not sublet its space without the express written consent of Curated Collective & SSCS.

Curated Collective & SSCS makes no representation or guarantees towards actual event attendance.

Vendor understands that Curated Collective & SSCS has no control over weather, acts of God, or any other cause that may prevent, and or interrupt, the event. We will announce any changes to the market date due to inclement weather as soon as possible.

Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs and anything required for their own set up. Vendor agrees to arrive at their scheduled setup time, be fully set up by event start time, and remain through the entirety of the event. Vendors who pack up early without prior consent, will not be asked to return to upcoming events.

Curated Collective & SSCS reserves the right to place Vendors in booth locations at their complete discretion. Vendor understands that all assignments are subject to change depending on the circumstances of the market or the evaluation of the organizers.

Curated Collective & SSCS will not be responsible for any damages or loss to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.

Vendor upon vacating its space shall ensure that such space shall be free of any and all trash. Failure of the Vendor to clean their space may result in future refusal of Vendor application.

I understand that if I am selling food items I am required to have a valid Cottage Food Permit and send proof to Curated Collective. I will have my permit available during the event.

Vendors must pay their non-refundable vendor fee on time and in full.

If under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian will be at the event at all times unless otherwise discussed with and/or explicitly approved by Curated Collective & Stik N Stuk Studios.

I will not show up to the event if I have been in contact with or showing symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness.
