By accepting the services of ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the deployment of a custom school portal and website. These services are provided by ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED to enhance the school's online presence and operational efficiency.
1. Free Deployment of Portal and Website
- ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED will deploy and fully customize the school portal and website to suit the individual needs of your school. This service is provided at no cost to the school for the initial deployment and customization.
- The customization includes integrating key features such as student management, attendance tracking, communication tools, and any other necessary functionality as discussed with the school.
2. Annual Hosting and Data Backup Fee
- While the deployment is free, an affordable annual fee will be required for hosting the website and portal, as well as ensuring secure backups of the school's data.
- This fee is determined based on the number of students in the school and covers:
- Secure hosting of the school portal and website.
- Regular data backups to prevent data loss.
- Basic technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
3. Fee Structure
- The annual fee is calculated as follows:
- Schools with up to 1-100 students: Contact us for a quote.
- Schools with up to 101-200 students: Contact us for a quote.
- Schools with up to 201-300 students: Contact us for a quote.
- Schools with 301–400 students: Contact us for a quote.
- Schools with 401–500 students: Contact us for a quote.
- The fee is payable at the beginning of each academic year or as otherwise agreed.
4. Duration and Renewal
- This agreement is valid for two years from the date of deployment.
- The school will be notified prior to the renewal period, and the hosting and backup services will be renewed upon payment of the applicable yearly fee.
5. Technical Support and Maintenance
- ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED will provide basic technical support to ensure the proper functioning of the website and portal.
- Additional maintenance or feature upgrades beyond the initial deployment may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the school before any work is carried out.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of 30 days.
- In the event of termination, ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED will ensure that all school data is returned or transferred to the school in a secure manner.
7. Data Security and Privacy
- ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of the school’s data.
- All data collected and stored through the school portal will be protected in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
8. Liability
- ALGOPHIX SOLUTIONS LIMITED will not be held responsible for any issues arising from misuse or unauthorized access to the website or portal.
By agreeing to these terms, the school acknowledges and accepts the conditions for the free deployment of the school portal and website, as well as the yearly fees associated with hosting and backup services.
