Self Love Evaluation
How do you measure your personal development progress? How do you know if your efforts to change or recover are paying off? Change can be challenging. It’s easy to think you may have been doing better before committing to personal transformation. But rather than giving up, get in the habit of acknowledging your progress.
Start by taking the Self Love Evaluation to establish a baseline to measure against in the future. Then, every three or four months, check your progress by taking the assessment again to acknowledge your progress.
The 12 Promises of the Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families 12 Step program (
www.adultchildren.org
) encourage program participants to stay focused and active in their program of recovery. The Self Love Assessment is inspired by these promises.
